韩国数据保护机构周四表示，中国人工智能初创公司DeepSeek在其服务仍可在韩国应用市场下载时，未经许可转移了用户信息和提示。
个人信息保护委员会在一份声明中表示，杭州DeepSeek人工智能有限公司在2023年1月在韩国上线时，未取得用户同意就将个人信息转移给多家中国和美国公司。
